Custom Double Bottle
Wooden Wine Boxes
Bring two bottles together in one considered presentation. We develop wooden gift packaging for wine brands, wineries, spirits importers and corporate gift buyers, with the layout, interior and finish built around the actual pair.
Matching bottles or two different profiles: start with the bottle data, then confirm the divider, support and opening experience before bulk production.

Plan the pair
One Gift Set. Different Layout Needs.
A two-bottle box is more than a wider single-bottle box. The pairing determines the footprint, internal separation and way the recipient lifts each bottle out.
A Matched Pair
For two bottles with the same shape, repeat the support geometry while leaving space between the bottles. Confirm label orientation, neck support and clearance with both bottles loaded.
Same bottle profile
Two Different Bottles
A wine-and-spirits pairing may need two distinct cavities. Review each bottle’s height, shoulder, cap and filled weight separately rather than making one oversized shared recess.
Individual cavity design
Bottles + Accessories
An opener, stopper or message card adds another layout decision. Give each component its own position and check that the accessories remain separated from the bottle surfaces.

Specify Both Bottles, Not Just the Box
Bottle volume alone does not define packaging dimensions. Two nominally similar bottles can differ in their shoulders, base, neck or closure.
- Profile A and profile BProvide each bottle’s overall height, maximum width or diameter, shoulder shape and closure dimensions. Include filled weight and a drawing or sample where available.
- Space between the bottlesChoose separate cavities or a divider system that keeps the pair positioned. Confirm the support locations and separation with the complete set assembled.
- Comfortable removalAllow access for fingers or a suitable lifting detail. Check whether either bottle can be removed without dislodging the other.
- Lid, neck and cap clearanceCheck the closed lid against both closures, including wax seals or decorative caps. The opening should clear the bottle and its label.
- The complete carrying loadReview the base, joints, clasp and any handle with the intended contents. A decorative handle should not automatically be assumed suitable for carrying a loaded set.
- Presentation and transitAssess the gift box together with its outer packaging for the intended delivery route. A presentation insert alone does not establish shipping performance.

Build the Appearance Around Your Brief
MDF + Natural Wood Veneer
A common XRX construction combines an MDF base with natural wood veneer. Clear varnish can retain the visible grain while the chosen veneer and color reference establish the appearance.
Painted MDF or Solid Wood
MDF provides a surface for specified painted finishes. Solid wood is another option where its grain and material character suit the project. Compare the complete specification rather than assuming one construction is always preferable.
Explore MaterialsMatte, Glossy or Piano Finish
The target finish determines the preparation, coating and sanding stages. High-gloss work can require additional fine sanding and polishing. Agree a physical appearance reference rather than relying only on a color name.
Logo & Interior Coordination
Discuss laser engraving, silk screen printing, foil or a metal plate alongside the finished surface. Select EVA, foam, fabric or other support and lining options around bottle fit, presentation and budget. Confirm the branding sequence during sampling.

FAQ
Questions About Double Bottle Wine Boxes
Can one box hold two different bottle shapes?
Yes, the two cavities can be developed separately. Send dimensions or samples for both bottles, including their closures, so the layout can accommodate the pair without assuming identical profiles.
Does a two-bottle box need a central divider?
The need and form depend on the insert and layout. Separate fitted cavities or a suitable divider can keep the bottles positioned. Confirm the complete arrangement with both actual bottles during sampling.
Can the set include an opener or other accessories?
Yes, accessories can be included in the brief. Provide their dimensions and quantities so their positions, retention and removal can be considered together with the bottles.
Can you customize the finish, logo and lining?
Yes. Discuss material, finish, logo method, lining and hardware as a combined specification. The selected surface and branding process should be checked on the sample.
What are the MOQ and lead times?
The typical MOQ is 500 pieces. Samples usually take 7–15 days and bulk production usually takes 35–65 days. Confirm the actual quantity requirements and schedule for your structure, finish and order.
What should I send for a quotation?
Send data for both bottles, quantities, the preferred layout, finish and logo references, interior requirements, accessories and delivery needs. A bottle sample or dimensioned drawing helps clarify the fit.
