Consultation & Quotation

Our team reviews your inquiry and comes back with material recommendations, structure options, surface finish suggestions and a price estimate. For complex or new structures, we may request additional dimensions or clarifications before issuing a formal quotation.

Step 03

Sample Production

Once the quotation is accepted and sample fee is confirmed, we begin sample production. Standard sample lead time is 7-15 working days depending on structure complexity and surface finish. Samples are shipped by express courier (DHL, FedEx, UPS) for your review and approval.

QC, Shipment & Delivery

We conduct quality inspection before shipment. Pre-shipment photos and packing details are shared for your confirmation. Balance payment is made before goods leave the factory. We support FOB Guangzhou / Shenzhen / Yantian and can coordinate with your freight forwarder or arrange shipping on your behalf.

You do not need a finished technical drawing to get started. A reference photo, a sketch or even a description of what you need is enough for an initial conversation. However, the more detail you can provide, the more accurate and useful our first response will be.

Do I need a technical drawing to place an order?
No. A reference photo, a competitor product, a rough sketch or even a written description of what you need is enough to start a conversation. Our team can help develop the structure and drawing based on your requirements. However, if you have a technical drawing, it speeds up the quotation process significantly.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard MOQ is 500 pcs per design per order for most wooden boxes. For wooden display prop sets, the MOQ may be 200-500 sets depending on complexity. For projects with multiple SKUs or unusually complex structures, MOQ and pricing are discussed case by case. Contact us with your specific requirements.
How long does sampling take and is there a sample fee?
Standard sample production takes 7-15 working days from the date the drawing and requirements are confirmed. A sample fee is charged, and it is typically deductible from your bulk order payment. Sample shipping is by express courier (DHL, FedEx or UPS) at the buyer's cost. Revision rounds are available after you review the sample.
What surface finishes are available and which is most expensive?
We offer piano lacquer, matte painting, glossy painting, clear varnish, veneer finish, laser engraving, hot stamping, silk screen printing and metal logo plate. Piano lacquer is the most labor-intensive and expensive option -- it requires multiple coats, sanding between layers and a longer curing time to achieve the near-glass surface quality. Matte painting and clear varnish are more cost-efficient options with excellent results.
Can you match a specific Pantone color for the painted finish?
Yes. We accept Pantone TPX or TPG codes for painted surfaces. You can also send a physical color chip or reference product. Before bulk production, we can produce a color sample board for your approval to ensure the final color matches your brand requirements.
What is the difference between MDF and solid wood for boxes?
MDF is dimensionally stable, smooth and ideal for painted and lacquered surfaces -- especially piano lacquer. It is cost-effective and widely used for perfume boxes, watch boxes, jewelry boxes and gift packaging. Solid wood provides natural grain texture, is heavier, and is preferred when the wood surface itself is part of the product's visual appeal. Solid wood is more susceptible to humidity changes and typically costs more. MDF Veneer combines both -- an MDF core with a real wood veneer surface for a natural look at a lower cost than solid wood.
Do you support FOB shipping? Can you help arrange freight?
Yes. We support FOB Guangzhou, Shenzhen and Yantian. For bulk orders, sea freight (LCL or FCL) is the standard shipping method. Air freight is available for urgent orders or smaller quantities. We can coordinate with your nominated freight forwarder or assist you in arranging shipping if needed. Pre-shipment QC photos are always provided before goods leave the factory.
Do you produce wooden bakhoor burners for Middle East buyers?
Yes. We manufacture wooden bakhoor burners (also referred to as bukhoor burners or oud incense burners) for buyers in Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar and other Middle East markets. We produce Arabic-style structures with carved arches, lattice panels and decorative elements. Both solid wood and MDF options are available. Custom branding, gift packaging and bulk production are all supported.
What payment terms do you accept?
Standard payment terms are 30-50% deposit upon order confirmation and balance before shipment. For new customers, we typically require a higher deposit percentage. Payment is accepted via T/T (bank transfer). Other payment methods can be discussed for established customers. Sample fees are paid in full before sample production begins.
