Our regular MOQ is 500 pcs. The final MOQ may depend on product size, structure, material, surface finish, hardware, lining and packaging requirements.
Can you make samples before bulk production?
Yes. We can make samples based on your drawing, sample, photo, dimensions or brand brief. Sample time is usually 7–15 days depending on structure and finish.
What is the bulk production lead time?
Bulk production lead time is usually 35–65 days. Complex structures, piano lacquer, special hardware, custom lining and large order quantity may affect the schedule.
How should I choose the right wood material?
Solid wood is suitable for natural premium texture, MDF is suitable for painted and lacquered boxes, MDF veneer creates a refined wood-grain look, and cedar is commonly used for cigar boxes.
How should I choose the surface finish?
Matte painting gives a soft premium look, glossy painting improves display impact, clear varnish keeps natural wood grain visible, and piano lacquer creates a thick glass-like luxury surface.
